Dick and I fit and install the wings.  Since we can't get her out of the shop with the wings on, the pictures are not that great.

Note the work bench has been relocated and it better not fall down! ( It's over the wing. )

Below: Blue masking tape holds the aileron control horns to position the ailerons out of the way for drilling

the aft wing struts.

Below:  Dick had to move two vans to his driveway at home to make room for this stage.

That is NOT the fuel tank hanging in the background.  We are looking for a 10 to 12 gallon tank now.

Below:  Less tail, more cockpit, in this shot.  We find the bench work space we now have much smaller.

It was nice to have that 4' X 16' work bench.  Next,  get the firewall forward work done.  Install the

instruments.  Do some taxi test and fly it ! ! !    90% done  65% to go.

The mold for the Cowling takes shape.  A three layer glass cloth and epoxy lay-up will produce a Cowling.  That

and a lot of sanding.

The cowling will overlap the sheet metal work by 3/4".  "L" brackets on firewall provide attach points for the cowling.

A little cooling air for the gearbox is in order.
